Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping at widor.shop. We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Mop products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The mop and all accessories are in their original packaging.
  • The item is unused, clean, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. All transactions are processed in USD.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged mop, please contact us immediately at support@widor.shop with photos of the product and the packaging. We will provide a pre-paid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: For returns due to reasons other than defects (e.g., you changed your mind or no longer need the item), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Our Error: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
